Dr. Brock Grace

Dr. Brock M. Grace, Ph.D., LCMHC has worked in the mental health field since 2006. He has experience working with all ages, demographics, genders (including trans and non-binary) and ethnicities.

For the past 9 years, Dr. Grace has provided day treatment therapeutic care to K - 12 students and individual and family therapy for youth in a psychiatric residential treatment facility, with Alexander Youth Network;

  • He also provided therapeutic respite care for those with intellectual development disorders for 5 years;
  • He was a Counselor in partnership with the William G. White Jr. YMCA of NWNC for 2 years; and


  • Dr. Grace completed his Doctorate Degree of Philosophy in General Psychology with Grand Canyon University.
  • He has his Master's of Science in Counseling from Walden University; and
  • He is a proud graduate of Winston-Salem State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies.

Perry Cabean

Perry T. Cabean founded Grand Street Capital Management in 2009 as a sole proprietor. In 2014, the firm became a limited liabilty company.  Mr. Cabean has more than 20 years of professional investment experience having worked as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch, and as a portfolio manager for Wachovia Bank, Comerica Bank, and Wilmoco Capital Management. At Wachovia Bank, Mr. Cabean was responsible for managing $271 million in his book of accounts.  While at Comerica, Mr. Cabean had discretionary authority for $107 million in investment assets under management. The investment team at Wilmoco Capital Management grew from $5 million to $125 million during his tenure. Mr. Cabean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Michigan, a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University, and is a candidate for the Level II examination for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
